    Screw the screw through a small scrap of wood then insert as shown in the image. Add sharpie arrow if desired.

      Yeah nah I mean when they use it. Can they just turn it with their finger or do they need pliers or a screwdriver to help?

        I recommended my solution to make it easier to turn, no idea what OP’s results are. Although my solution has too much potential to be too functional and thus procrastinate installing the new knob until it becomes lost.
