Its always funny when you ed up on the same page as these morons, its always because they fell ase backwards into it.

They did nothing on scramblers for years. Scooters are problematic for sure and I dislike their usage and lack of oversight with regard to insurance and qualification. But of course they would take a poor position on getting it across to the public, take the path of least work and input.
