The form does not harvest addresses or require google log in. I am a degoogler myself but this is the format that works best with the college infrastructure. Everything is just a mouse click and then manually entering an email address that wont be verified.

SurveyMonkey required some hoop jumping last semester so it was a no go this time around. Microsoft have one but my college uses google so it was for simplicity’s sake I chose it.
It doesnt require google sign in and no data is kept other than the email you manually enter, responses and time of submission.
I am hesitant to show my feelings in order to not bias the survey but my daily driver is libre office on linux mint. Unfortunately the college uses google and the form is quite user friendly to create and have linked to the final submission.

As for the funds there is no framework for the seizing of the frozen assets. The UK doesnt require anything from the EU to do it themselves, they hold the assets and they dont need permission. But somewhere like Ireland would require EU level sign off to seie funds or see it challenged in court.
