I’m considering going through Ultima VII. I’ve got the GOG version that runs in DOS box, but I figured I’d check to see if there are any modern fan patches or anything that I should consider before jumping in.

Ideally I’d like a CRT shader, but I’m not sure how well that plays with DOS box.

    Oh, it looks like the PlayStation port of Underworld works with a controller. I may actually give that a go! I tried the GOG version, but I couldn’t get used to the controls. I did play it back when it was released, but didn’t get too far. Thanks for the rec!

      I remember hours and hours and hours playing that game as a kid. Great memories. I’ve done a few playthroughs in the past few years, and the game is as great as I remember, even with the primitive graphics. I’d love for them to remake them!
