I guess blending 5 ingredients is about the same difficulty level as getting betrayed by a manufacturer, going to a store several times buying 5 different expensive brands, not really liking any of them, and either wasting the food or eating sth you don’t like for a few months, and then finally homing in on something. Both takes some amount of work. Both is fine, though. Whatever floats your boat. I also buy a specific store brand mayo and like it. But if they ever change it I’m not so sure anymore. Lots of companies put way too much vinegar into their products.
Why? What I’m doing is easy and tastes fine.
