But claiming MOST cops are good when not even half of them are. (Even his most tantamount predecessor Alfred Hitchcock feared the police, and for good reason too.)

    The definition of ‘bad’ cop should include complacency. And benefiting. Even if they’re don’t involve themselves directly. So yes, it systematically is indeed all cops.
