Mother of God I tried them when I went Keto, I was a reverse fountain for a day… Sugar alcohol does not agree w/ my system.
It doesn’t agree with anyone’s microbiome. They should not be sold.

Different method of action, but yes. Turns out coating your entire GI tract in an impermeable film for a day or so is a bad idea.

Absolutely agree, its dangerous. What if you have Crohn’s, this could be deadly.
