Aliens help build the Egyptian Pyramids

Having to help a primitive civilization build something without sharing any futuristic technology with them sounds like the plot of a star trek episode.
If it goes like the only “building something by hand without advanced technology” episode I can think of, the pyramid gets built and then Kira blows it up a minute later. Which, frankly, is a very Kira thing to do.
Wasn’t it a bajoran building a farm on a to-be-flooded valley (or metaphor thereof?)
Star Trek humans seems to have internalized angst from post-first-contact jerkiness, and effectively have three levels of interaction :
A kiln. The Bajorans wanted to use a moon as a power plant but people lived there. And apparently they had spent so much time living there (since the end of the occupation) that some old guy didn’t want to leave.
He also refused to do anything until he has finished building a kiln. So Kira helped him build it and spent some time getting to know him. Then when it was done she nuked it with a phaser and he finally left.
