We send “aid” to poor struggling Israel (who has free healthcare and much better social programs and quality of life than the US), then they use a lot of that to bribe our government through aipac to be their slaves. So yes, we pay for everything. Including the bombs and bullets, and best in the world military hardware, all free to them.
