The trousers are JW Anderson x Uniqlo. The barrel fit is definitely intentional but I’ll say that it may not be to everyone’s style.

I also have a naturally high and wide hips lol. It hides well enough but if I dropped the pants to my hips it would look ridiculous, like a Kardashian. And I am partial to a “Big Pants” silhouette
