Only if they do terrible things to it…FF6 does not belong in 3d nor is it an action game. They were able to port it to the GBA and that ugly mobile port. FF6 does NOT need to be modernized, it just needs to run on modern hardware and if the artwork gets upscaled to HD great, but leave the gameplay loop alone.
