I could only make it a few episodes in and had to quit when Dale got way too real. I gave up when Hank, who had proven to be a pretty bad father, couldn’t get past Bobby successfully following his dream because he didn’t use propane.
But Hank does strike me as way too conservative when he practically creamed in his pants at the Bush library and him losing his mind because the city made the intersections safer…by changing what Hank was used to

Exactly. Hank’s what we wish conservatives were. What they really are hasn’t changed, but it’s become much harder to delude ourselves.
