And who owns corporations?
The ultra-rich. They are buying everything up because that’s what you do when you have millions or billions of surplus money that grows with compound interest. You “invest” it by buying assets. Stock in corporations, real estate, assets. They are financial black holes sucking everything in because we don’t have any societal mechanism to stop the exponential growth.
Tax wealth, not work.
