The first commit to the git repository was this day in 2023.
What a ride, how time flies, etc.
So many people have helped and contributed, in big and small ways. Code, translations, ideas, testing, feedback, writing docs, running instances - PieFed wouldn’t be what it is without you all!
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey so far! Onwards to the next chapter!

I don’t know how you just did that sorcery if you really did it, but I mean the other way, like if I have a PieFed account on some instance, would I be able to discuss stuff on some Mastodon thread, under a post created on Mastodon? Follow Mastodon accounts, and such?
@victorz I did it by pasting your comment’s url into my Mastodon search bar.
The stuff you’re saying seems to not work well in PieFed YET (unless the Mastodon user tagged a community like @communityname@instancename), but it’s in progress. You can’t yet search for Mastodon users in PieFed, but if you find them you can click on them and follow them from there.

Mbin can already do it all.
Interesting, and cool. Thanks!
