      They already are. Beshear should call their bluff, and appoint a Democrat to the seat.

      Then MAGA will be forced to sue to stop it, and they’ll have to provide Proof of Life.

      Or they won’t sue, and just whine like a spoiled toddler until the Dems just give them whatever they want to shut them up.
