Because propaganda told them Poland hates Ukraine now, meanwhile the Polish right just collapsed into factionalism and with it their dreams of sucking off Putin in person.
My comment was a reference to the running polandball joke. When I first heard about that joke about 10 years ago I thought it was because there was no Polish astronaut, but there was one (Mirosław Hermaszewski).
I just learned that things are getting out of hands : now there are two of them (Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski).
What’s anti _P_olish in statement that Poland is full of idiots and the way Polish armed forces reacted is a fucking joke? I been living my whole life in Poland and I agree.
It being full of idiots is where I would find the anti polish seniment.
I think Ukraine has a lot to be proud of but should maybe limit its critiques of allies to constructive criticisms and stop from bashing an entire people who have worked to ensure Ukraine does not fall.
It’s not nice, but the commenter doesn’t speak for Ukraine. Maybe they aren’t even from Ukraine. There are so many ppl from all over the world on here.
Yeah I’m not Ukrainian. I’m from another European country that often doesn’t do nearly as much for our Ukrainian neighbours, and I have no problem calling most of my fellow citizens idiots for many other reasons too
What I was referring to specifically—and I apologise if I was too rude—was the incompetence of the Polish armed forces in guarding the borders of our Union. A strong and quick reaction would have been vital in response to such provocations made by putinist bastards, which essentially amount to acts of war. Instead, the incompetence displayed will certainly set a dangerous precedent for the future.
I also have a profound hatred of the PiS party and all its voters, as well as the clerical fascism they preach, and their recent shenanigans against Ukraine have naturally only reinforced that hatred. Of course, I know PiS doesn’t necessarily represent the majority of Polish people, but certainly a sizeable plurality, and that’s a disgrace, as with similar demagogic parties in Europe. At the same time, I know there are many progressive-minded and pro-European people in Poland who strongly support Ukraine, and they will always have my support and respect. However, my original comment wasn’t referring to them.
Why anti polish? They are backing Ukraine.

Even Poles hate on Poland.
Ok, but can Poland into space?
No carrier rockets so far. Only Polish made satellites.
And two astronauts!

I hope I’ve made things a bit clearer now :))
Fair point
Poles hate criticism. Especially the constructive one.
