As Disney is prone to do… if it was good but didn’t make a billion dollars? Can it. Was it good but animated? Live action it. Was it solid staple? Put so much of it out no one wants it anymore…
I thoroughly enjoyed it, so I knew it’d go nowhere. Just like werewolf at night… but whatever. I’m still excited these things I read as a kid get even a mention now… my nephew less so.
And it’s a shame, because I feel like we have missed out on what it is like to be a person in the MCU.
They could have shown us life after the snap but before it was undone. Not anchored in a superhero show but in everyday life.
Every project that seemed it might touch on that has been axed before it could shine.
We could’ve used multiple seasons of Cap and the Winter Soldier, more WonderMan, or even a followup to WandaVision. Show the damned aftermath! It doesn’t need to tie into a future project to satisfy a craving.
I loved it, and was under the impression that it had good views.
I’ve heard almost no negative buzz about it as well, so this is kind of perplexing to me.
Also, I love me some Joey Pants.
