Other than the emperor turning into a worm and giving up on his empire, and all the “royal family” incest, though there is probably plenty of incest in WH40K if one looks, I’m sure that both Chaos and the Drukhari are practicing that, somewhere.
IP laws need to be completely overturned. They don’t help the original artist and never have, they just allow Disney to own all the ideas.
