I recall successfully renewing my registration several times online before, but now they want a phone number and they are pushing some weird government smartphone app “to handle your government todo items”?
I don’t even like using the website for things like this (in part because i have to spend 5-10 minutes tweaking my browser’s privacy settings to get any government site to work). I just went to an office and did it in person this year. I’m in Kansas. I hope doing this in person is always an option, at least.
