In Minden NE they have a museum that seems like maybe it’s just a bunch of junk I’ve paid to see. Then I came across sealed off living rooms across the decades and this one creeped me out because I felt for sure I’d been in it before.
My parents and grandparents had spaces a lot like this.
Pioneer Village? Yeah, nothing quite like going through that place and seeing stuff you remember, right beside stuff from what feels like ancient history.

For the life of me I couldn’t remember it’s name. Totally worth going through once. My kids who didn’t grow up with that stuff enjoyed their time as well. My son in particular who is a bit of an electronics nerd.

Damn, it’s a lot more than just a few rooms of furniture. If I get a chance to go on another road trip, I might add this to the list.
Yeah, it’s pretty great and worth it if you ever find yourself in that part of Nebraska.
