Tuna melt: onion, carrot, pepperoncini, capers, mayo, brown mustard, salt, tuna, black pepper, aged cheddar, 12 grain bread.
If you aren’t adding acid to your tuna then you are messing up.
If you haven’t tried mayo as your bread browning agent you are screwing up. I rejected it at first but after trying it there is no doubt.
Carrots: carrots, brown sugar, salt, air frier. 12 minutes at 370f, 3 minutes at 400f.
Cost per person: $4.17

I did not. It’s not in my interest to get arrested for violating an open container law.
Fair point!
What’s for dinner today?
I haven’t figured that out yet. I’m about to go into the kitchen and start thinking of what I’ve got to work with and ask my wife if anything sounds good.
I’m craving a BLT and some fries but that’s not remotely in the budget. Maybe some kind of Pasta e fagioli? I could make it early and eat it cold for dinner.
Just Google what pasta e fagioli is. Pasta soup.
More like bean and pasta. And definitely more spaghetti consistency as opposed to a soup
