(Microsoft bullshit survival tip: You can start a new instance of Excel by right clicking it’s icon and, while holding alt the whole time, selecting something to open (“New workbook” or w/e shows up on the right click menu this week…). This separates the action history, so ctrl+z no longer jumps between workbooks.)
