I sent this image to my boys with the caption: “The German word for when a gym bro passes gas and it smells like protein powder.”
Looking at it again, I’m realizing that taking a picture of the TV probably solidifies it as a dad move.
It certainly adds to the air of authenticity.
When you first start lifting after a while and your body isn’t used to the extra protein
