Acer has finally released its long-awaited Snapdragon C-powered laptop. The new model undercuts the MacBook Neo while matching its 8GB of memory and offering more ports, though Acer has cut a few corners in the process.
Why do you think that? Last I heard these Arm laptops have all sorts of problems, and they apparently also have boot lockers.
This is what Google has to say about it:
Running Linux on the Acer Aspire Go 15 (AG15-Q31P)—which features the ARM-based Qualcomm Snapdragon C processor—presents significant hurdles. Because Snapdragon ARM chips require specialized upstream kernel support, device trees, and signed drivers for components like the Adreno GPU and Wi-Fi, out-of-the-box mainline Linux compatibility for this specific entry-tier ARM platform is currently experimental and incomplete.

It’s consistent with what I’ve read other places, there’s a reddit thread saying almost exactly the same.
