We have solar and wind. We have batteries, they are getting better every year, and now with sodium replacing lithium, storage and the associated risks are effectively solved. Don’t waste resources, our time, the environment, or peoples mental bandwidth on this.
We can and should transition towards fully decentralized non-centrally owned or managed systems.
