      Yep, my acct has been held hostage with this bs for months now. You won’t get anywhere with their support, because they will not treat you as it’s owner

        I was able to log in with my password and didn’t need any ID, but I deleted the account so I will not end up in your situation. I have deleted several old accounts during the summer, so this was just one more account that is now deleted.
