It is smart to dodge the conclusion that Windows might be the problem entirely. If you have already switched to Arch, it might really be DNS, what DNS server are you using?
And I can apparently ping it! So maybe it isn’t DNS?

Alright, Windows was being a bitch, so I installed Linux instead. Latest Firefox+ubo, etc. Still fails to load the media. Maybe it is DNS?

Quad9 is not a bad choice, maybe its a IPv6 connectivity issue? Have You tried it via IPv4?
