    That’s a bad faith interpretation. How in the world do you see a reply saying, “summary execution is not an acceptable penalty for traffic violations,” and warp that into, “well, I guess you just don’t want any traffic enforcement at all.”

    Frankly, your chain of logic is utterly baffling.

      Calling this traffic enforcement is also a bad faith interpretation. Unless you consider people riding motorcycles at high speeds on busy sidewalks to be a traffic issue? That’s what these goons do, and they are constantly injuring innocent people.

        What the fuck else would you call it? All infractions involving the use of a vehicle are traffic infractions. Unless I deliberately murder you by tracking you down and deliberately running you over with my car, it’s just a traffic infraction. Driving on the sidewalk is a moving violation.
