Game pass Microsoft distributed exclusives? Yes. Xbox/game pass cloud only games? Not that I’m aware of, but never say never. If they announced gta vi was game pass cloud early access for a release only they’d get millions of sales. Game pass cloud vastly limiting what you get? Yes.
Good thing then that every machine that plays games is basically the same nowadays. 20 years ago this would have cost the team at least a year.
Can I count on a PC release now?
Yes but only if you pay for game pass super premium plus cloud enhanced edition. You get 7 hours a month to play it for $100 a month

There might not be GamePass exclusives yet, but Amazon’s Luna has exclusives such as the Batman: Caped Crusadar Chronicles game.
