There’s a lot of famous artists today, but I’d love to discover new pop music that is oriented around a band instead of an individual. Bands like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and Pink Floyd have all topped the pop charts. Glenn Miller’s Orchestra topped the pop charts in 1940 with a fully instrumental song In the Mood.
I can think of Sammy Rae and Friends, but no others.
What are your favorite modern pop bands? Especially ones with a focus on instrumentals.
