Comments are public to begin with, accesible via an api. All gov is doing is running an instance. No need for the scraping nonsense - it’s expensive and inefficient.
Well would palantir “scrape” the message and attach it to the file of the person associated with the account. Then it would be easy to search all the context regarding the individual? From my understanding palantir is just a large search engine for law enforcement?
Palantir is a software developer. Its software is really good at sorting out data. And while a message can be attached to the username, that username on its own is not really useful - so don’t attach it to your real ID.
Canada won’t take almost all American that try to go there. Unless you can buy your way in, with what, a 10 million dollar investment in the country is it?
According to this it seems that it’s transitive so it goes back all the way to the 1600’s as long as they were a Canadian citizen or (before either 1947 or 1949, depending on province) a British subject living in Canada.
This rule also applies to you if you were born to someone who became Canadian because of these rule changes.

Canada has citizenship by descent from a Canadian citizen and the rules were recently loosened so tons of Americans are applying to prove their descent from a Canadian citizen: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/act-changes/rules-2025.html
Last I checked, the processing time for all those applications was 33 months because so many people were applying.
humm I have Canadian ancestors but it’s something like 4 generations back. 3 at best.
It appears to be transitive so if you can prove a link back to them, every descendent counts as a Canadian citizen.
