This is exactly what I thought when I was watching lol. Honestly it looks pretty easy, just detach and soak for a few min. Ive seen a lot worse ones to handle. I bet thats why the one side isnt covered except with that plastic piece so it’s easy to get the inside cleaned.
I have the pasta roller attachments and little bits of dough like to go inside. There’s no way to open them to get the dough out and it says “do not submerge” so I can’t even soak them. They just permanently rattle with the dried bits of pasta that are too big to shake out of the gaps.
