That gouvernemental and extra gouvernemental structure doesn’t follow the same assignement and need. Having the same gouvernance for both of them is dumb since they aren’t the same

Also, if you believe public transportation is an argument against the EU, I have a bridge to sell to you. It basically is a good example of how the EU makes sense and it is not “the same ‘gouvernance’” for all levels.
