the fact that the cars are mostly software and the Chinese carmakers are kind of bad at it is to the detriment of the Chinese cars. If someone had better software, I’d pay more for it.
This is true, but I don’t trust the software in any other country’s new cars either. I won’t be buying any new car until I can get one with software that isn’t proprietary.
