I was going to make a smart comment, something along the lines of “By birth or by nationalization?” but the more I thought about what would make a person “Mexican” the more I thought about how silly a concept most things are and how I’m willing to bet there’s probably a Chinese-Swede somewhere writing a novela.
I don’t think the novella one is that bad
That depends. Is she actually Mexican?
Why would that matter?
It’s unusual to be writing a Mexican novel if you aren’t Mexican
but you do know a novella isn’t a Mexican novel right
