Yep. You can get yourself a pair for running in colder conditions, for example.
They exist. I feel like you don’t see them much without running shorts on over top of them though

Sure, they are just worn under clothing because winter is cold.
Never heard them called leggings before. I’ve always heard them called “long johns”, “long underwear”, or “thermal underwear”.
I wore mine while running just as they were.
I was running. No one was checking me out. And if they were in front of me I was going around them.
Yeah, they’re super comfortable too.
