Yes it is. AI robotics might one day make new bicycles, but fixing/maintaining them? I doubt it will ever work, and that’s most of what bike mechanics do.
Also, the bicycle industry is relatively low margin (compared to cars), I doubt it would even make business sense to develop AI robotics hardware and software for bikes.
