People complain about fast food and how it is bad for you, but no one cooks at home. I’ve been to homes with massive kitchens that just sit there collecting dust. Always an order from somewhere. That’s how you get fat and unhealthy. Also, cooking at home saves a shit tom of money.
My friend, with all due respect, this is no excuse. I have once had to work three jobs and still managed to make my own food and, believe it or not, got me a couple of days in the gym, too.

I did, two of them in fact. They’re still kids right now but older. Who are now also including into the meals I make daily 😄
