In Chicago area for anyone wondering using the Walmart charging network. This is about ~13% capacity, wasn’t really low started charging at about 70%.

    I agree, that’s a couple cents higher than the superchargers in my area and those are level 3 chargers compared to this level 2. The level 2s in my area are in the .30 to .40 range
