I’d argue that if you claim that a hostile person points a gun at you, you fall down a flight of stairs, turn around, unholster your own gun, fire six shots at them and they haven’t fired a single round out of their gun, there is clearly a lot of bullshit in that testimony. Unless the gun they pointed at you wasn’t loaded to begin with.
