The price of a baked potato at a restaurant is stupid high. Unless you don’t have an hour. Then the price is completely reasonable. It sucks. But if you have an hour you can make a baked potato. Two even. And make them very unhealthy with toppings.

Are our wives long-lost sisters? I married the original meat and potatoes girl.
She loved it so much she asked for it again today. I decided I need to change things up a bit but she said she needed it the same. So I’ll make hers the same and do a very different version for mine.
My wife is definitely meat and potatoes. But occasionally demands raw veggies.
Her favorite thing I make is a reverse seared NY strip finished on the grill, and cheese fries (though she does let me use good quality frozen fries).
