It is only ilegal to bother other people, but if you are naked and doing normal things like hiking or riding your bike, then the police can’t tell you anything. Honestly I have never had any problem with nudism, so im not sure what tips i can give. Maybe if you feel uncomfortable by being naked, try it firsr where is more normalized, like saunas or nude beaches.

Wow, I envy you so much! I’m Italian and it’s not totally clear here if you can hike naked, but it’s surely on the “not really legal” side.
