minus-square@Tusslink2•1 year agoIt’s an old derogatory word for someone with Down’s Syndrome. Now in combination with other words it’s mostly used about people with a lower intellect than others. Like bad car drivers. Mongoloid or mongo on it’s own is not used as it’s still bad.
