There was no question? But I’m glad your grandma has a phone. It must feel very good inside to have such privilege in this day and age! It’s really not that hard to understand not everyone can use a QR code. ADA laws exist for a reason. I’d totally understand if you’re just a 15 year old who’s trying to feel superior, but you’re being very ignorant to the less fortunate. Everyone would love to be able to experience all there is to life, and to gatekeep it behind a QR code is rather nonsensical.

You fail to see the point, and once again that’s okay. When technology outpaces you, you’ll come to understand what this conversation means. Take care, and try to make the world a better more accessible place if you have the capacity to do so :).

I am by no means a part of lemmy.world, if you bothered to look at my account I do not have my account based there. I also fail to see how it is relevant what so ever to our conversation? Every body gets old. New and wonderful things are constantly sprouting around us, nihilism will get you nowhere, and honestly will be a detriment to you as well… Especially as you get older and come to find yourself on the very end you’re fighting against: being able to understand how QR codes work, or what ever the newest and “greatest” invention may be.
