I think that counts as a flick. At least loosely
It’s a normal upside down shot, not a flick. There is a scoop shot where the top of car is on the ground and use the “press x to flip car” mechanics to redirect. This shot has either flip cancel or stall for the dodge and that’s pretty much it.
