    And walk vs driving

    And do yoga

    and eat a head of spinach, daily. …

    (leave your phone at a friend’s house build a better env )

    72 hours give it 3 days of that

    You will be amazed

    at how your OWN body

    can trans form its nervous sensory stimuli & feelings

    (start drinking water the moment u wake up keep it in the bathroom next to toilet or en route

    (where it wont spill if you’re half-asleep and bump it )

      Why is this formatted like a bad Facebook post from a middle aged mom that recently bought into a pyramid scheme disguised as a fitness program?

      Ok, so not a pyramid scheme. But the book is critizised for overstating the benefits of veganism and the dangers of other foods. Take with a HUGE grain of salt if you want to dive into this.
