They sell the same products as anywhere else, unless you’re talking about their store brand (which is definitely hit or miss.)
I don’t think they treat their employees any worse than other retail stores. Like, I’ve heard horror stories from a friend I knew who used to work at Target.
They definitely have cheaper prices, though. That’s… kind of the appeal, lol.
