minus-squareAdaOPlinkfedilinkEnglish10•1 year agoFor me, it was more that I got numbers and data that I could look at and try and improve. It turned the vague in to the specific, which at least for my brain, makes things for more engaging
minus-square@davidalsolink4•1 year agoSame here. I know a lot of people that go crazy with numbers, but for me it is the key for staying interested.
Being held accountable by anything is generally helpful in motivating, and then after a month or so it’s just habit at that point.
