    What are you talking about?

    Our lead developer didn’t know C Sharp. They learned C Sharp in a couple of months because they were just so excited to make it happen.

    Their lead developer is so smart they learned a whole programming languages in a few months, after joining the project!

    Theyre a genius!

      It’s not hard to learn a new language that quickly. Developers frequently learn new languages when joining projects. So it’s not really concerning if they were an experienced developer already. A new developer learning in a couple of months is very concerning though.
