Might be a hot take, but there’s no point in improving the battery life unless you can get it to the next whole day. Otherwise, just charge it at night while you’re sleeping, like a normal person. No one wants to charge their phone in the middle of the day, and if you’re doing something crazy, like 4k60 ProRes got dayum, you probably are already used to having external batteries.
The battery easily lasts all day and it you’re really glued to it all day you can do a 15-minute bumper charge in the evening. What more do you want?
